The deadline for the school year 2027/2028 is 1 March 2027. Here is how to apply and what it costs.

Four steps from application to the first day
Apply
Fill in the application form. One form per child.
Receipt
We confirm that we have your application within three working days.
Answer
Everyone who applies by the deadline gets an answer by 15 March.
Welcome
Accept the place by 1 April, and you get an invitation to the pre-school day in June.
On a real school website the application form goes here. Demoskolen does not exist, so this page takes no applications.
Come to the open day on 14 January at 17:00, or arrange a visit with the office.
02Fees
School fees and other prices
These prices are examples. Demoskolen does not exist, and nobody pays them.
Parents get the invoices in Skoleklokka and can see what has been paid once they log in. Read more about SFO.

03Questions and answers
What parents often ask
Who can apply?
Any child starting in years 1 to 10 can apply. You do not have to live in Demoby.
What if there are more applicants than places?
Brothers and sisters of pupils at the school get a place first. Then we draw lots among the other applicants, as the articles of association say.
Can a child start in the middle of the year?
Yes, when there is a free place in the year group. Call the office and we will tell you which years have room now.
Can we visit the school before we apply?
Yes. Come to the open day on 14 January, or arrange a visit with the office on an ordinary school day.
